Thank You for your interest in SMALL GROUP private training with Coach Eugene. Please utilize this page to acknowledge the terms and conditions of small group private training as:
- Each 75 minute training is $150.
- Max of 4 participants in each Small Group.
- All Trainings are Outdoors at an outdoor park (Park location will be provided).
- Your Child is to Bring their own Ball (all other training equipment is provided).
- Pre-Payment of Your Session is Due Immediately or on the Sunday before your child’s scheduled Training.
- You agree to send your athlete to training with a minimum of (3) cold water bottles.
- Full Training credits towards future training session if your Childs session canceled because of weather or need to be rescheduled because of Trainer (issue/schedule conflict).
- Please be on time as there are more than likely a scheduled training before / after your child’s training.
- Covid-19 Waiver: You agree to download, review and sign Covid-19 Waiver. Covid-19 Waiver. Your child will NOT be trained without a signed waiver on file. **If you already completed this waiver for our Skills & Drills Mini-Camp, you do NOT need to complete this form again**
- All Training purchase sales are final. There are NO REFUNDS!!
