Academy Registration Form

We will be offering small group training sessions for youth basketball players ages 7-13 who are at a skill level of beginner to intermediate.

* Purchasing a package of 8 or 24 sessions will give you a $25 to $70 discount off of our fall season registration fee.

** Purchase 24 basketball sessions and you will save $70 on fall registration fee (pay $100). Your basketball credits are only deducted from your account when your child participates in an academy session. You do not lose your credits if for some reason you do not make it to a session.
