- For your Early Entry, it is important that all guests arrive at least 90 minutes prior to tip-off.
- Please go directly to Gate 5, where a member of the Group Sales team will meet you.
- An early access pass is required for everyone in your group
- Early Access Pass is required for each ticket purchase
- Name must be on South Florida Youth Basketball League / South Florida Heat Elite official list in order to gain early access
- Report to gate 5 no Later than 6:00PM to gain entry. Please have a early access pass for in hand for every person wishing to gain early access to game and watch players warm up.

Post Game Free Throw Pass
- For Post Game Free Throw, it is important that all guests meet outside section 117/118 immediately following the game.
- A free throw pass is required for everyone in your group.
- Free Throw Pass is required for each ticket purchase
- Immediately after game, please report to section 117/118 with free throw pass in hand for each person wishing to shoot a free throw.
