1-800-INJURED

On behalf of the parents and players of our league we wish to provide a warm welcome to 1-800-Injured  as a new league sponsor!

Along with our other sponsors, 1-800-Injured helps make it possible for the youths in our community to participate in a fun and safe game on an annual basis.

1-800-Injured is an attorney and medical treatment referral service. Within minutes of contacting us, you will be connected to a Fort Lauderdale car accident attorney. Because the car accident lawyers in our network work on a contingency basis, accident victims never have to pay out of pocket for their professional legal advice.

WEEKNIGHT RUNS: TEAM REGISTRATION

Corona Virus Activities Suspended

TO: South Florida Youth Basketball League Members (SFYBL) and Potential League Members

RE: Update on Coronavirus

The health and well-being of athletes, coaches, and their families is always the SFYBL’s top priority. Along with the rest of the world, we have continued to closely monitor the developing COVID-19 (“Coronavirus”) situation.

After reviewing the latest CDC guidelines and in consultation with local officials, the SFYBL has decided to extend the temporary suspension of licensed SFYBL events through May 1st. This is a decision that the SFYBL organization did not make lightly but one we strongly feel is in the best interest of everyone involved in SFYBL events.

These are unprecedented times that have called for unprecedented measures. Nonetheless, we know this is the right decision. We must continue to do our part to keep our communities safe and healthy until such a time that we resume SFYBL event programming. It is truly our hope that we can get back to running SFYBL events in the very near future after this extension. We will continue to consult with local officials and health experts to ensure that the safety of SFYBL athletes, coaches, and their families is not compromised.

Moving forward, we remain committed to providing the very best recreational basketball opportunities in South Florida and will continue to provide updates as additional information becomes available.

Thank you for your continued participation in SFYBL. Eugene Snell | League Director/President
